Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 499tk ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, accessing the 499tk platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the 499tk platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all products and services made available through 499tk, including but not limited to live casino, slot games, crash games, sports betting, and cricket betting markets. 499tk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Player Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 499tk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering with, or using the 499tk platform in any manner.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting activities of the kind offered by 499tk are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and the mobile phone number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 499tk or any of its third-party game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
• You must not have previously had an account on 499tk that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any violation of these Terms, fraud, or abusive conduct. Circumventing a prior account closure by re-registering under different credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

499tk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during initial registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 499tk account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different mobile numbers, or through the use of shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. 499tk will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Do not share your password or login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 499tk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, an unrecognised login, or any other security breach. 499tk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account credentials.
• Account names, registered mobile numbers, and personal details provided at registration may not be altered without submitting a formal request to 499tk customer support along with the required supporting documentation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that all information held on their account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Outdated or inaccurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in temporary account restriction pending verification.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their account must contact 499tk customer support through the official contact channel. Any verified pending withdrawals outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to the registered mobile wallet in the normal manner.

499tk employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account and transaction data is stored securely in accordance with 499tk's Privacy Policy. Deposits and Withdrawals

499tk accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the platform. The primary deposit and withdrawal channels available to Bangladesh players are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 499tk platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. The maximum deposit per transaction may be subject to limits communicated within the platform's cashier section.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same mobile wallet number used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different mobile number or a different payment method from the one used for deposit are not permitted unless explicitly approved by 499tk following a formal review.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, 499tk may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC may result in the withdrawal being withheld until verification is complete.
• 499tk does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees levied by your mobile network operator or mobile financial services provider (for example, bKash or Nagad standard transfer fees) are outside 499tk's control and are the player's responsibility.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, or that a technical error results in an incorrect account balance, you are obligated to notify 499tk immediately. Any winnings derived from an erroneous balance are not legitimate and may be reclaimed by 499tk at any time.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 499tk may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 499tk reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Eligibility criteria may include account age, deposit history, geographic location, and KYC verification status.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.

499tk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and actively being played through by an eligible player will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to their account should contact customer support within 48 hours of the bonus being credited.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 499tk. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 499tk's discretion:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating betting decisions, sharing account access, or any arrangement designed to exploit bonus structures or game mechanics to generate guaranteed profit.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. 499tk maintains robust anti-money-laundering procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts on the platform, regardless of the device, mobile number, or identity used for each account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, display errors, or any system malfunction to place bets or obtain credits at incorrect odds or amounts. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing language toward 499tk customer support staff, other platform users, or any individual associated with the platform in any capacity.

499tk employs ongoing monitoring of account activity to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated before any account action is taken. Where 499tk determines that a violation has occurred, it reserves the right to void bets, reverse withdrawals, close accounts, and retain balances as appropriate to the nature and severity of the violation.

Game Rules and Sports Betting Terms

All games available on 499tk operate according to the rules defined by the respective certified game provider. In the event of a conflict between the rules displayed within a game interface and these Terms, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for game-specific outcomes. The following general terms apply to all gaming and betting activity on the 499tk platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for non-live games, and by physical dealing and spinning mechanics observable in real time for live casino games. Neither 499tk nor any third party has the ability to influence or manipulate these outcomes.
• Sports and cricket betting markets are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic BPL matches, or the ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a disputed result or an official result reversal, 499tk will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the updated official result.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Account Suspension and Termination

499tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, multiple account holding, misuse of bonuses, or failure to comply with KYC verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the player's account.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring 499tk to restrict or close the account.
• At 499tk's business discretion, where the continued operation of the account is deemed inconsistent with 499tk's operating policies or risk management requirements, subject to any applicable player protections.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 499tk reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as damages. Where an account is closed at 499tk's business discretion without player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after deducting any applicable processing costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499tk's liability to any player in connection with the platform, any game, any bet, or any transaction is limited as follows:

• 499tk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where 499tk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 499tk is not responsible for third-party service failures, including failures of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment partner's infrastructure that result in delayed or failed deposit or withdrawal processing outside of 499tk's direct control.
• 499tk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the player's use of an unsecured device, shared device, public Wi-Fi network, or any other insecure access method to access the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 499tk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where statutory consumer protection rights apply, they are not affected by these Terms.

Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

499tk reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 499tk will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on file (for example, by notification on the platform or via the registered mobile number). The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the 499tk platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 499tk operates. 499tk makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside its operational scope. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming may be restricted or regulated differently do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
